Building on the proven Nomad Ti XC lineage, the OTB variant introduces an over-the-barrel design that minimizes overall length when mounted, improves balance, and maximizes recoil reduction—without sacrificing sound suppression or weight. The result is an ultralight suppressor designed for hunters, precision shooters, and professionals who demand high performance with no compromises.

One of the standout advantages of the Nomad Ti OTB is how little length it adds to the firearm. The suppressor extends just 4.6 inches beyond the muzzle while still delivering excellent sound reduction and hearing protection for barrels up to 1 inch in diameter. By shifting length rearward over the barrel, the design reduces how much suppressor sits in front of the muzzle, preserving suppression performance for calibers up to .300 RUM and 7mm Backcountry without compromising sound quality.

That rearward extension also improves handling. By extending the blast chamber over the barrel, the Nomad Ti OTB creates a suppressed rifle that points more naturally and feels better balanced in the hands. Even with this added capability, the suppressor only adds 10.5 ounces to the overall weight of the firearm, maintaining the lightweight performance hunters expect in the field.

The Nomad Ti OTB is built around Dead Air’s Xeno™ muzzle device architecture, which is machined directly into the 3D-printed titanium suppressor body. Each unit ships with a 5/8-24 Xeno™ Radial Brake, ensuring installation is simple, repeatable, and secure while maintaining consistent alignment shot after shot.
