HB 141 will modernize the state’s gambling laws and allow nonprofit organizations like the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation to recognize credit cards while generating funding for projects that benefit elk and other big game, hunting and conservation work.
The Montana House passed HB 141 by an overwhelming vote of 94-to-4. However, to become law, it must pass the Montana Senate before the session ends and then be signed into law by the governor.
Please TAKE ACTION now by sending a message to your senator urging him or her to vote “yes” for conservation.
