With only two days left in the late season, and temperatures at sunrise of -23 degrees near Craig, CO, Landyn Vang was able to make a perfect shot on this healthy cow and take his first elk. RMEF life member, and former CO state volunteer chair Brian “Sol” Soliday volunteered to guide Landyn.

Bill Hoffman had one heck of a hunting season. He shot this gorgeous Montana bull in the Crazy Mountains just two weeks after taking a muzzleloader bull in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Krystal Lewis is a RMEF life member and longtime member of the Palouse Whitepine Chapter. The Troy, Idaho, resident marked the year with her 25th elk. She shot this cow broadside at 150 yards with her Browning 7mm that she won at a RMEF banquet.

Rick Bezanson, a volunteer of over 25 years, shot this pronghorn in Wyoming with granddaughters Brylee and Azlyn by his side.

30-year volunteer Brian Kruncos was right beside daughter Amber when she made a fantastic, 80-yard shot on this whitetail doe in Eagle River, Wisconsin.

Leane Kaness shot this nice pronghorn on opening morning on the Thunder Basin National Grasslands near Wright, Wyoming. Her black lab puppy joined in the post-hunt process.
