Ideas Worth Sharing: How to Store Banquet Support Items

By Sam Sneed, Regional Director Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, SE Missouri

Ever wondered how to conveniently store and transport all of your committee’s banquet support items, such as forms, tent cards, calculators, extension cords and other supplies?

Purchase a wheeled storage container to keep them in. Stanley makes one that is 30″ long by 19″ tall by 15″ wide that will hold the majority of items.

By keeping all of your items in one place, you can easily inventory them and you’ll know what to order the following year. I have found that this method typically saves at least $100 a year. It also makes it easy to transport items to and from committee meetings.
