You usually see it wildly waving its arms, head and body as it towers above a car dealership but game managers in Wyoming have something completely different in mind.
In an effort to haze or scare away hungry deer and elk from private hay supplies for livestock, Wyoming Game and Fish erected “scary man,” as they call him. They hope its non-stop movements will deter wildlife from an easy, yet costly meal for Wyoming ranchers.
